Mint Coriander Chutney is the most popular side dish and it can be prepared within 8-10 minutes. My mother makes it with curd(dahi) which I will post very soon.
This mint coriander chutney is made with coriander leaves, mint leaves , onion, garlic and tomato.
It serves with Indian snacks like samosa, kachori, chaat and pakoda..
Ingredients
1 cup fresh chopped mint leaves(pudina).
1 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves(dhaniya patti).
1 chopped green chilli(hari mirch).
2 garlic cloves(lahsun kali)
1 small size of chopped onion(pyaj).
½ inch ginger.
1 tsp cumin powder(jeera powder).
1 small size of chopped tomato.
1 tsp lemon juice.
Required salt.
How to cook Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe
1. Firstly wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
2. Take all above the ingredients in a grinder, grind it and make a smooth paste.
3. You can store Mint Coriander Chutney for long time(2-3 days) in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
4. Now serve Mint Coriander Chutney with samosa, kachori, pakoda.
