Palak chila is very nutritious as well as delicious breakfast which gives a unique taste. It can be eaten in the morning breakfast or in the evening snacks with sauce or curd.
This is a new and different from the normal besan chila. You can make these yummy looking healthy palak chila for kids because it satisfies hunger pangs or you can also pack in Tiffin, they will be very surprised.
It is very simple to make, I used spinach, besan, wheat flour, onion, green chili and some Indian spices.

Serve these healthy and nutritious palak chila with tomato sauce or curd or green chutney
Ingredients
1 cup chopped spinach(palak).
¼  cup gram flour (besan).
½  cup wheat flour (gehu ka aata).
1 roughly chop onion.
1Â roughly chop green chilli.
1-2 tbsp oil
1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain).
1 tsp coriander powder.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
1 tsp red chili powder.
Requried salt to your taste.
How to Cook Healthy Palak Chila
- Firstly was spinach and roughly chop it.
- Now take it in a grinder by adding ginger, green chili onion, cumin seeds and ¼ cup of water. Make a smooth paste.
3.Pour the palak paste in a bowl and add about  gram flour, wheat flour, red chili powder, carom seeds, coriander powder and required salt to your taste.
4.Mix it with a spoon make sure no lumps remain the batter.
5.Heat a non stick tawa on medium flame. Pour a ladleful of batter in the center of the tawa and spread it evenly to form a circular chila and cook for a minute on medium flame.
6.When brown spots come on the top then turn the chila to the other side, allow the brown spots to remain so until  brown and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Chila is cooked from both sides, off the flame.
8.Keep it in the plate and serve hot and tasty Healthy Palak Chila with tomato sauce.
