So Here are tips to reduce too much salt in curry.
Potato
Peel and roughly chop the potato and add it in to the curry. After 10-15 minutes take it out. you can also add boiled potato. It have a good quality for reducing excess salt in curry.
Wheat Flour Dough
Take small balls of wheat flour dough and add it in to the curry. Keep it for about 10-15 minutes and then take it out. Wheat flour dough is good source for reducing excess salt in curry because it has salt sucking abilities.
Onion
Cut medium size of onion in 2 pieces and place it on top of the curry for 10 minutes. It absorbs the salt.
You can also add some fried onions in dry curry it makes more yummy.
Tomato
Add fried tomatoes to the curry and cook for 2 minutes. It reduce salty taste of curry.
Curd
Add 1 tbsp curd in dry curry and cook on low-medium flame until curd vanished. It helps to reduce too much salt in the curry
Malai
Malai(cream) is also a good source for reducing excess salt in dry curry if you do not want adding curd then you can add small amount of cream. It helps to balance the excess salt
Ghee
Add 1 tsp of ghee in pulse it removes salty taste.
Bread Crumbs
You can also add bread crumbs to resolve the salty taste.
Lemon
Add 1 Lemon juice in curry to reduce excessive salt.
Vinegar and Sugar
Add 1 tsp cider vinegar and 1 tsp of sugar into your curry to reduce the excess salt.
Cheese
In some nonĀ curry vegetables like cauliflower, lady finger add cheese for reduce salt in curry.
